9 Months
Our little man is not so little anymore he's 9 months now It's just amazing to me how fast they grow. He wears 12 month clothes we a few things in the 18 months sizing he is a big boy. He's going to out grow Ellie soon if he keeps up this pace he's a little over 23 lbs and 29 inches. He crawls everywhere and with the wood floors it's really funny to watch him when he's excited or mad because he slaps the floor as he crawls. He pulls up to stand all the time now and is standing by himself for a few seconds here and there before he hits the floor.

I was trying to get a nice picture of the kids the other day, but Ellie insisted it was too cold to participate so here is a cute one I got of the boys.

Lessons Learned and Thanksgiving
On our way to St. George for Thanksgiving we stopped in South Salt Lake to pick up a car that Mom and Dad bought to take it down to save them a trip up North. It ended up needing a new battery so we went over to the tire place and waited for the new one to be delivered. Dell went in with Daddy and started playing and swinging on the arms of the chairs well on one of his back swings the chair gave a little wiggle and down Dell went face first flat on the floor. He came out crying and ended up with a HUGE fat lip a bit if a red spot on his forehead and a little bloody nose. Needless to say I think he's learned his lesson about swinging on chairs.

We had a nice Thanksgiving with friends. I didn't really take any pictures other that the one of Mason enjoy the Blueberry cheese cake. He ate some stuffing, mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes and he enjoyed all of it. I did do a little black Friday shopping but I didn't go out super early. I was able to get each of the kids $3 PJ's and a coat, sweatshirt and Lego Blocks for Mason for under $35 I didn't think that was to bad at all and really there wasn't to many people.

Awesome Gift
JD helped out neighbors move out of their house this weekend and we got and awesome gift out of the work. Last year they bought enough laminate flooring to do their basement and only did half of it. So when they were packing up and the flooring was still in the middle of the room they offered it to us. It was so generous of them to give it to us and it was a lot of flooring just over 400sq feet which should be enough to cover the large room in our basement that is currently concrete. JD has been hard at work most of the day laying it down we are hoping that it will give a little more warmth to the floor and that the kids will like playing down there more.

Birthday Girl
Say it ain't so my little Ellie is not so little anymore. She turned 4 today and I can't tell you where the time has gone she is the best little girl and we are so blessed to have her. She can bring a smile to my face even when she's in trouble or has made me mad. We had a really nice day. Today was the Primary Program at church and she did an awesome job with her part she spoke cleared than all the other kids put together it was great. We were a little scared that she wouldn't say anything which is what she has done in the past but she got up there and spoke like a big girl. This evening we had a picnic on the living room floor and ate all the things she asked for then we had cake and ice cream and opened presents. A Big Thank you to all her Great Grandma's for your beautiful cards and gifts, we were able to go out and get her several new outfits. As it seems she grows out of all of her clothes this time of year it was really nice to get her some clothes that fit her better.

New Bike
A few weeks ago a neighbor called us while we were out running errands and told us that a little boy was messing with Dells bike and they scared him away, only to come out of there house a few minutes later to find that he had come back and taken Dells bike. So after a few weeks of waiting and hoping either we or the cops would find it we went and got him a new bike today. It's a little bigger than his old one, but I think he will be able to ride it longer and he really likes it. Thank you Grammy for the early Christmas present he loves it and it will be well used.

Friends Wedding
Some of JD's best friends got married last week so we drove down to St. George to be there and enjoy the warmer weather. We had a nice time visiting with friends, and preparing for the wedding. They had planned on 2 flower girls and at the last minute one of the flower girls wasn't going to make it so they went out and got Ellie a matching dress and she got to be a flower girl. She was so excited and she did a wonderful job and she is so cute in her dress. I also go to make the bouquet for the bride which was fun.

8 Months
Oh where does the time go? I can't believe that he is now 8 months he is the happiest baby, but he hates to sleep at night. No matter what I do I can't get any more than 4 hours but usually it's 1 hour asleep to an hour awake. He loves to eat tonight he had some carrots and barley that he really seemed to enjoy, but he'll eat just about anything you give him. He now has his 2 bottom teeth with more to come soon I'm sure he's always chewing on his hand. He is 28 1/2 inches and up to 21 lbs 13 oz. He crawls everywhere and will pull himself up on anything and the other day he let go and tried to stand by himself. Dell and Ellie just adore him and are always wanting to hold him and play with him and he's starting to interact with them more which is so fun to watch.

7 Months
Oh how the time dies fly, Mason is now 7 months old and such a great little boy. He Sits and now he crawls. He's been making the crawling motions and scooting across the floor but now he's got it down. Let the fun begin. He's lost a little weight since becoming so active but he's still 20lbs and 28 inches.
First Snow
We've had our first snow here in UT and let me tell you I am so not ready for it or any more to come in the future. Tuesday it was 88 warm and sunny, Wednesday it was rainy/snowy and 44 it was down right COLD and today is not much better at least there's no new snow as of yet. But it does look pretty on the mountains.

Colorado
We loaded up the family and headed out to Colorado last month to visit my sister for her 21st Birthday and then we headed up to Estes to spend the week with my Mom while JD worked in the Denver area. We had so much fun and the kids made some awesome things with my Mom. It's so much fun to watch Grammy with my Kiddo's.
