Kiddo's

Mason got to have a few new 1st this week other than walking. He had his first peanut butter and jelly sandwich which he devoured and had it all over him, and his first popsicle he loved it although you could see the surprise on his face when he realized it was cold.

I took the kids to the park and Dell got to ride his skateboard he has so much fun on it but he already scared me with the things he does or is trying to do. And Ellie was watching to make sure he didn't hurt himself.

Thank You

Dell has written out a few thank you notes for his birthday and I'm still trying to get them in the mail, but I wanted to share with you one of them as it has taken me this long and I'm not sure how many more I can convince him to write so take this as a Thank You to all of you who made his birthday special. We love you.

Moving

We have been contemplating a move for quite a while and have looked in many different areas from Utah to Arizona and have found an amazing house in southern Utah and we are very excited to get moved. It's a newer home on just under a half an acre so the kids will have lots and lots of room to run and play, and if JD has his way a big shop. Our moving date is approaching quickly and it is a crazy mess around here. I have been painting things back to their original neutral colors, and packing boxes all while trying to clean and keep the kids occupied. This has been quite the task this week as I am painting the play room which means the kids have to be upstairs so they don't get into the paint or breathe the nasty paint. We are really happy about this move it's a small community of about 3500 people with a great school system and from everything we've seen and heard a really great neighborhood filled with other kids to play with. We are close to another larger town that has a college and they have a large Shakespeare festival there every summer which sounds like a lot of fun. I'll post more after we've moved and had some time to settle in.

Picture Galore

Grammy Time

We have had a wonderful week of celebration for our boys and it was made even better because my Mom was able to come over and spend the week with us. We took her to our children's museum, we went shopping, to the park and even out to breakfast. We are sad to see her go back home but look forward to our next visit hopefully it will be soon. We love you Grammy Thanks for coming to play with us.

1st Birthday

Today Mason turns 1, and I can't believe how fast the time has gone. It seems like just yesterday he was this little tiny baby and now he is starting to talk and walk and crawling so fast you can hardly catch him. He will eat anything you put in front of him. He has had a lot of firsts this week, his first little steps, first ham and cheese even if it was just little pieces, a yummy cup of apple juice, a monkey tattoo, and best of all birthday cake.
He is such as sweet and wonderful little boy. He has the most incredible little smile even if he doesn't like to show it when the camera comes out. He is adored by his big brother and sister. I am so in love with this little boy and the love and joy he has brought to this family is amazing. We are so very lucky and blessed to have him in our family and I look forward to the future and seeing all of the wonderful things he will do. We love you little boy!!
I'm gonna get some

Good enough to eat the plate.
No better way to end the day!

Birthday Party

We had a birthday party for the boys yesterday, but really it was more for Dell. The one family we invited with a little boy Mason's age so he didn't really get into the party mode. We ordered Dell a personal Safari cake and everyone else got pineapple upside down cupcakes, they were so good. They had a hot dot lunch with chips and soda. They also played a Skittles vacuum game which the big boys had fun with but the girls struggled with the suction on their straws to keep a hold of the skittles. Dell got some fun presents and spent the rest of his party outside playing with his new stuff and his friends. All in all it was a good day and fun was had by all.
