Playing Around

Here are just a few fun picture of the kids playing this week. They had a blast playing checkers until Zane came over and insisted the pieces were for him to play with. We got the kids Just Dance 3 for Christmas and it has become their favorite Wii game. Even Mason gets into it and tries so hard to dance with Dell and Ellie. There's one song he does really well with and askes to play it every time.

Birthday Boys!!!

Dell turned 8 on Saturday and Mason turned 3 yesterday. I can't believe how quickly time is going by, before I know it I'm going to be teaching them to drive and sending the off to college. Oh My! We went bowling with a few of Dell's friends and a good time was had by all.

Dell got a few more special gifts that I don't have pictures of yet. Daddy got him a guitar and they are going to take lessons together, he is very excited about this. He also got a pocket knife that for now is only allowed at Cub Scouts or outside to whittle wood.

Mason also got a new bike, but the weather has not been participating

with us so he hasn't gotten to go out and ride yet.

Happy 1st Birthday Zane!!!

My handsome little boy is 1 today. He fits perfectly into out family and we are so grateful that he's apart of our family. He came flying into this world and he's been in a hurry to do everything since then. He's now walking around like a champ and getting faster by the day. Ellie loves him to pieces and is always following him around, trying to carry him, and feed him. Dell is a great big brother and very helpful. I have a feeling that Mason is going to be his best friend, he is quite the protector and always wanting to play with him. I love this little boy so much and am blessed to be his Mommy!

Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas. JD's brother was able to come home, and his older sister and family were here as well. My Mother in laws parents are living with them now so they were able to have Christmas with 3 of their grandkids and 8 of their great grand children.We had a quiet morning opening presents at home and then we headed down to spend the day with the rest of the family. One of the cousins got a little Power wheels Jeep and Mason loved it. We had a Wonderful time and this has been a great year for our family and I know there are many more years of joy and happiness going on around here.
